Karina Robinson is the CEO of Robinson Hambro. Alongside this position Karina has a few other roles includes being on the Court of Governors of the London School of Economics, where she is also a Visiting Senior Fellow and Co-Founder of The Inclusion Initiative. Karina is also Chair of the Lord Mayor’s Appeal Advisory Board, and finally, Karina is also Master of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers, a one year role where she is the chairperson of a livery company that has finance professionals as members. Karina is a champion of the City of London, with a deep belief in the power of Diversity & Inclusion.

15 years: Ocean conservationist

Vincent Kneefel is an underwater photographer, ocean conservationist and circular economy expert. He has worked for organizations such as WWF, United Nations and Accenture on strategic sustainability and ocean conservation initiatives. His photographs show some of the most iconic and endangered creatures of our ocean.

Arun Kelshiker

20 years: Asset management and stewardship

Arun Kelshiker was formerly the Head of Asset Allocation and Portfolio Strategy at Standard Chartered Bank and part of the bank's Global Investment Committee, where he provided investment advisory and multi-asset portfolio solutions. His focus is now with Cambridge Sustainable Investment Partners, which draws its expertise from the Resilience and Sustainable Development Centre at Cambridge University. He is also a university lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and is Vice Chair of the CFA UK's Inclusion and Diversity Committee and its Investment Committee.

20 years: Human Rights and Supply Chains

Kate Larsen is a Director at SupplyESChange advising and training Investors and Companies on Environmental and Social issues of ESG, especially, human rights risk management in global supply chains. She has worked over 20 years on supply chain ESG including leading Asia Corporate Responsibility in the UK FTSE100 company Burberry and as a Global Director Responsible Sourcing in a US Nasdaq listed retailer.

Birgit Vallmüür is the founder of TitanSwan, a sustainability leadership boutique consulting firm in London. She has advised listed and multinational companies and governments globally and has taught management and change management undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education courses. This has given her first-hand and academic insight into both businesses and governments and convinced her that businesses can have a substantial impact.

30 years: General Counsel

Natalia Nicolaidis has spent 30 years in the financial services industry, including General Counsel to Investment Banking & Capital Markets and Head of Global Risks & Controls. She has founded Dynamic Counsel Ltd, a corporate governance and risk consultancy, and has a portfolio of non-executive board roles in four listed companies. She is a founding member of the Climate Governance Initiative - Greece, an organisation that addresses climate change from the boardroom prespective.

25 years: Meteorologist

Professor Liz Bentley is the Chief Executive of the Royal Meteorological Society, a not-for-profit organisation based in the UK. Her career in meteorology spans over 30 years and she has worked at the Met Office, BBC, and in Government. She is a regular contributor to the major broadcasters, delivering over 200 media interviews each year.

20 years: Investment Banking

Simone Koo Ishikawa is the founder of ishikoo.us - RSK Finance Ltd., a consultancy that advises and mentors fintech and impact companies. She has 16 years of experience in banking across trading, structuring, and ETF sales at GS, MS, CS, and JPM. She is a mentor at Accenture Fintech Innovation Lab and Unreasonable, and an angel investor in fintech and impact start-ups. She also tutors and lectures at MBA programmes at Oxford and Cambridge and is an Honorary Practice Fellow at Imperial College Business School.
