Green Recovery Plan
A green recovery plan is a strategic framework or policy package designed to guide and support the transition to a greener, more resilient, and inclusive economy after an economic downturn or crisis. It may include measures such as fiscal stimulus, public investments, regulatory reforms, or incentives for green sectors, such as renewable energy and sustainable transportation. A green recovery plan aims to balance short-term recovery needs with long-term sustainability goals, in line with international commitments such as the Paris Agreement and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
