Summary

How to get stuff done in a way that feels good?

The simple way to get stuff done in a way that feels good is to put the tools and techniques discussed in the previous videos on this series into practice. To begin with, they may feel weird or uncomfortable. However, the more you practice, the more comfortable, familiar, and accessible all of the ideas will become. The more you practice, the better you will be at managing your stress.

Don’t just use a tool once. Think of yourself like a scientist conducting an experiment. Decide which tool or technique you want to practice with for the next few days.

After your designated practice time, remember to look back at what you’ve learnt. What went well? Did anything stop you using the tool as you intended? And then celebrate - you’ve learnt a new skill.
