Fractals

Fractals are a geometric or curved figure with a useful modelling structure, they commonly appear similar at various scales (such as a snowflake). In terms of sight, we’re adapted to shapes like fractals – patterns that repeat themselves with decreasing magnification, and which are commonly found in nature. Ferns, lightning and roots all have fractal forms. Fractals have been found to induce alpha brain waves in people, in a way comparable to meditation or mindfulness.
