- The “Pulse” Approach: Instead of one-off courses, the firm will run bi-annual cohorts and rapid-response refresher sessions on breaking topics like Modern Slavery and Human Rights.
- Strategic Alignment: The Sustainability Team is actively using the platform to upskill staff for specific organisational milestones, including the creation of their Climate Transition Plan.
- Beyond Green: The client is expanding their use of the platform to include soft-skills training, supporting their wider evolution into a “Learning Organisation.”
